SUNRISE, Fla. – The Florida Panthers announced today the club has partnered with Tampa, Fla.-based company Venuetize as their mobile partner and Bypass, now part of Fiserv, as their point-of-sale system partner for BB&T Center.
Through these partnerships, the Florida Panthers can offer fans safe and convenient purchasing experiences while at the BB&T Center, enabling mobile ordering through the NHL league-wide app, and contactless purchases and payments via self-service kiosks and user-friendly Clover devices at concession stands throughout the arena.
“After a long and thorough search for the best mobile partner for the Florida Panthers and BB&T Center, we’re excited to partner with Venuetize to provide a safe, convenient and contactless experience for fans as they attend games at the BB&T Center,” said Panthers Chief Operating Officer Sean McCaffrey. “With the addition of the Bypass partnership, we are able to seamlessly integrate the mobile fan experience with the latest innovative point-of-sale technology to make sure fans have a safe and smooth purchasing process while at BB&T Center events and hockey games.”
Fans can purchase food and beverages through the mobile app for a convenient ordering experience. Mobile pick up will allow for shorter concession lines and contactless dining for concerts and events.

In addition, Season Ticket Territory Members will be able to access exclusive offers, discounts and partner offers using only their mobile device.

Moving to a cashless operation will also allow the Florida Panthers to operate in a more intelligent way, with access to integrated insights and real-time reporting to facilitate the delivery of better fan experiences.
