Live! Casino and Hotel taps Venuetize to deliver unique guest experience

Live! Casino and Hotel (LCH) is one of the top tourist destinations in the Mid-Atlantic U.S., entertaining over 18 million visitors each year. After being open for several years, LCH was looking for the opportunity to provide their guests with a personalized, convenient, and enjoyable experience they wouldn’t be able to find anywhere else. After significant due-diligence, LCH selected Venuetize to deliver this unique guest experience, in large part to due to Venuetize’s open and flexible platform and ability to customize the guest experience via mobile.

On the casino floor, guests no longer need to leave their seat at their favorite slot machine or table game, thanks to the My Live! Rewards mobile app. This easy to use mobile application provides guests with the ability to order their favorite drinks and have it delivered straight to their slot machine or table game. Guests are also able to view and use available loyalty points and comps, see available promotions and redeem offers, and participate in live drawings – all from their mobile device.

Live! Casino and Hotel’s luxury 300-room hotel and spa, premium convention center, and top-notch entertainment space, all are also part of this enhanced guest experience. In phases to soon follow, guests will be able to book and edit room and spa reservations, check in and access their room with a mobile key, order room service, and receive personalized offers and location-aware concierge recommendations. The app will continue to evolve as LCH looks to stay on the leading edge in partnership with Venuetize on delivering a personalized and differentiated guest experience.
